"An Introduction to Oriental and Improvisational Tribal Style Dance"
Courtney Kincaid, Library Director and Samantha Smith, Assistant Library Director of the Hood County Library report "An Introduction to Oriental and Improvisational Tribal Style Dance" by Heather Wayman was the most well attended adult program offering in the library's history.
For three Fridays in July, 2012, vibrant ladies filled the activity room at the Hood County Library to learn basic technique, correct posture and movement vocabulary for Oriental (Middle Eastern) and American Tribal Style Dance. The movements were put together into simple combinations and a fun time was had by all who attended.
